Send emails when you want to
Scheduling an email helps you to communicate with people in different time zones or working at different times than your service desk. From the point of send-time optimization and the ability to provide service when people have questions regarding your email, scheduling is a helpful tool to make sure your send time is perfect.
Simply add the Schedule step to your Flow, define when you want your emails to be delivered, and save. Now, your emails will be only sent out when you want them to.
