The Standard Service Agreement (SSA) describes the mutual obligations and intentions of Flowmailer B.V. (in the document referred to as 'Supplier') in relation to services supplied to the customer ('Customer'). Obligations and intentions mentioned in this document apply to Flowmailer services as agreed upon in a separate contract. Upon request, we can also provide customers with a Premium Service Agreement (incl. 24/7 service availability). For more information on the PSA, reach out to your account manager.
