What personal data do we process?

For agreements with Flowmailer, registrations for email lists, demonstrations, trial accounts, price quotations et cetera through the Flowmailer website, we ask for your personal and professional details. These details can be combined with already gathered data via Flowmailer services or request forms, or via other companies. We use cookies and other technologies to get an impression of activities within our websites, emails, and services to offer an optimized experience.

In principle, we answer your questions/requests within one month. Should answering your question/request take more time than a month, we will inform you in time.

Flowmailer can demand further proof of your identity for all questions or requests. We do this to prevent disclosure of personal data to a wrong party or the incorrect changing of it or the way we process personal data. In the light of the quick handling of your request, we ask you to send us a copy of your ID in advance safely.

Individual judgment for every request

We want to point out that the rights described above are not absolute right. There can be conditions that make us ignore a request. Each application is judged individually on its own merits. In this case, we will communicate our reasons with you. The right to object to the usage of your data for direct marketing is absolute. We honor unsubscribes from our commercial messages in any way.

Edits

Flowmailer maintains the right to edit this privacy policy. Possible edits are made to this particular page. The most recent edits date from July 12, 2019. These edits are published on our website. Flowmailer can process your data for new purposes that are not yet announced in this privacy policy. In this case, we contact you before using your data, to keep you up to date on any edit to our policy. This notification also provides an opportunity for you to refuse the process.
